Craig Albertson
4 years ensuring software quality. Now mastering AI/ML through Udacity's Master of Science in AI. I build the bridge between reliable systems and intelligent automation.
Who I am
I'm Craig Albertson, a QA Analyst with 4 years of experience in functional testing, regression testing, and ensuring software reliability across complex systems. I've spent my career breaking things on purpose so users never have to experience them breaking by accident. Most recently at Proctor Loan Protector and previously at Infosys Limited.
Currently pursuing a Master of Science in Artificial Intelligence through Udacity's Institute of AI & Technology, I'm expanding into the world of ML and AI engineering. My goal is to work at the intersection of quality assurance and intelligent systems — building AI that's not just powerful, but tested, reliable, and trustworthy.
As part of my reskilling journey, I relearned Python from the ground up and have been building hands-on AI projects through Udacity — including implementing a Transformer model from scratch using PyTorch. These projects have given me practical experience with neural network architecture, model training, and the same rigorous evaluation mindset I bring to QA.

2025 —Looking for roles in AI/ML testing, MLOps, or QA engineering. Let's talk.
Learning never stops
M.Sc. Artificial Intelligence — Udacity Institute of AI & Technology
In ProgressAccredited master's degree program built on project-based, industry-aligned coursework. Curriculum covers machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and AI systems engineering. Hands-on projects include building a Transformer model from scratch with PyTorch and neural network implementation.
B.A. Computer and Information Sciences, Minor in Web Development — Charleston Southern University, North Charleston, SC
CompletedFoundational degree that launched the journey into tech and quality assurance. Coursework covered programming, database systems, and web development, building a strong base for a career in software quality and AI.
Let's build something reliable
I'm actively looking for opportunities in QA engineering,AI/ML testing, or MLOps. If your team needs someone who thinks about quality at every layer — from test coverage to model evaluation — let's talk.
